Duties / Responsibilties
Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards.Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with standards.Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service.div
Required Skills / Abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control, and health and safety regulations.Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.Excellent time management skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Authorization to work as confirmed by E-Verifydiv
Education and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.21 years of age and must have a valid Responsible Beverage Service certification (RBS)San Diego Food Safety Manager certification requireddiv
Physical Requirements
Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.Must be able to lift 35 pounds at times.div
