As a cashier at Savory Grill, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet them, take their orders, process their payments, and ensure they have a satisfying experience. You will also help with other tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and serving food and drinks.
Compensation
$21-$23/hour
Duties/Responsibilities
Greets customers as they enter the location.
Accepts money in the form of mobile payments, credit or debit cards for items purchased.
Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints.
Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment.
Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary.
Bag, box, and wrap purchased items.
Set up dining areas for meals, and clear them following meals.

Required Skills / Abilities
Excellent customer service skills.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate available equipment, such as POS kiosk.
Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change and give refunds.
18 years of age and RBS trained (Responsible Beverage Service)
Authorization to work as confirmed by E-Verify

1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
Successful completion of on-the-job training.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods standing and working on POS equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
